A chance meeting that changed everything.

Karon Ford was secure, scalable systems for years. He understood how AI and data could transform slow, manual processes into instant, intelligent decisions.
On July 4th, 2024, the two met entirely by chance — on a basketball court, on the day of Karon’s wedding. What started as casual conversation quickly became a shared vision: merge Kenneth’s finance knowledge with Karon’s technical firepower to build the funding platform that small business owners actually deserved.
